HELIOS employs machine learning to analyze anonymized shopper data to identify trends. As trends are identified, brands are provided insights into what the trends are and how they might lead to further growth and more happy customers.

AI-powered insights sounds cool, but it doesn’t magically produce results. It takes a strategist to distill a trend-driven insight into a tactical recommendation. Digging through this experiential data doesn’t have to be hard. The analytics section provides a subconscious snapshot of what matters most. If a brand wants to dig deeper, an intuitive set of filters serves as their shovel. Applying filters allows infinite flexibility and complexity.

HELIOS focuses on customers and experiences, so querying user events is the exciting part. HELIOS also takes care of the items marketers and brands need too; standard KPIs at a glance. Selecting preferred KPIs from the dashboard settings to display the metrics most valuable to their business has never been easier. Take that, Google Analytics, Shopify, and the rest of youse.

Tagging no longer takes a coder and hours of testing. Harvest—one of HELIOS’s stand-out features—allows brands to configure and track user events from any of their touch points with a point-and-click experience. The data flowing into the platform from each source is aggregated and reconciled into a single database. Brands get a comprehensive view of customer engagement across their entire ecosystem.

Okay, so you want to dig deeper? We like to nerd out on data too. Our analytics dashboard has detailed filtering for every event and event category, product and product category, individual SKUs, time range, and more. Query any combination to extract valuable understanding of the brand’s customer base. Query results can be exported in several formats.

Customers

CDP made easy.

Cutting and carving across all variables that make up a customer base is the best way to extract opportunity. If the ‘Analytics’ dashboard wasn’t enough, HELIOS’s ‘Customers’ dashboard allows a brand to apply conditional logic through a simple set of filters. Once the logic is sculpted and perfected, audiences can be created and leveraged inside the platform, or they can be exported and leveraged in other ad platforms, like social media. We know marketers like this freedom, so we made it simple.

Just like our Analytics dashboard, our Customers dashboard hones in on the people side of the data. HELIOS provides standard KPIs to measure purchasing habits, MVP customers, average order values, and other customer defining metrics. You can even view and search individual customer records if you, for example, wanted to create a custom audience based on your top customers purchasing a specific item.

We apply the same extensive query features to the Customers dashboard, allowing users to apply a combination of several filters to build customer segments and create audiences. To add a special touch, if you build an awesome audience with a key set of filters, you can save it so that customers qualify and disqualify themselves. This allows the segment to remain fresh without having to rerun queries.

Each customer record in the HELIOS platform is intended to serve as the “Golden Customer Record.” A single source-of-truth for each customer containing engagement with messaging and campaigns, shopping activity, product interests, orders and sales, and life time value. These detailed records can be integrated with other tools, like sales CRM and customer support.

Audiences

Go crazy with cohorts.

As marketers create audiences or leverage HELIOS’s pre-populated audiences, we’ll store them in the audiences section of the platform for future use. As customers take actions inside of a brand’s experience, they will qualify and disqualify themselves into and out of certain audiences based on the audience’s conditional logic. This allows for quick and easy access to a brand’s most valuable and invaluable audiences. From there, syncing audiences with different campaigns is just a few clicks away.
